Delivery & Pickup

   At Harper's Petals, we are committed to providing you with the best experience. We are always available to address any delivery-related queries and make your shopping experience delightful.

Pick up Policy:

Pick up will be scheduled with purchaser after order is placed. 

Delivery Policy:

 

Surrounding Delivery Areas:  Bellevue, Papillion, LaVista, Ralston, Omaha, Elkhorn 

Delivery fee includes delivery up to 25 mile radius of Bellevue, NE.  Outside 25 miles, contact us for availability/cost.  

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Recipient May be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Return Policy

As the purchaser of items, the purchaser agrees that:

Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call.
